4Aloe Vera and Banana Mask

Aloe vera has so many uses, and one of them is conditioning hair. Aloe vera is rich in multiple vitamins such as vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C. These vitamins can prevent hair loss and battle split ends. Aloe vera will restore hair leaving it soft and strong. Bananas contain calcium, vitamins, potassium and minerals. Thanks to all of these nutrients, bananas can nourish your hair and provide elasticity and shine. One of the minerals bananas have is silica. Silica makes hair stronger and thicker.
To prepare this mask you need 2 ripe bananas and 1 aloe vera leaf. Start by taking the pulp out of the aloe vera. Blend the aloe vera pulp and the bananas until a smooth paste appears. Then just apply the mixture onto your hair and keep it in for 40-60 minutes. After that, wash it off thoroughly and your’e all done.
