All you need is eggs, mushrooms, kale, garlic, and oil (and of course salt and pepper!). Add the oil, mushrooms, and garlic to a pan; when the mushies are soft, add the kale. Cook your peppers in fajita spice (red bell peppers are the highest in vitamin C and A), fry an egg, make your best homemade guacamole, and load it into a wrap with some fresh coriander (if you’re a lover not a hater). This meal is low in calories and sure to make your morning a little bit special.
